This registration agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between (“Operon Strategist Organizer”) and registrant. 

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Substitutions are not recommended. If a substituted individual attends with an original registrant’s credentials, the original registrant may be held responsible for code of conduct violations made by the substituted individual.

AGE LIMITATION

All attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend Operon Strategist’s Trainings, and all related events.

PAYMENT

Registration will require you to provide your business contact information. 

CREDENTIALS

If you attend the Training, Operon Strategist will use the data provided for communications of services. You will then be subject to the communications and privacy policies and must opt-out as and when required.

AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING

Video and audio recording of our content is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained express written consent from Operon Strategist.

Recording Disclaimer: By participating in this virtual event, you hereby irrevocably grant Operon Strategist its affiliates, agents, and licensees, the right, but not the obligation, to record your avatar, likeness, voice, and/or username and to own, license, assign, and use the same (or any portion) in the production, exhibition, and promotion of the event, Operon Strategist services without compensation, in any media and on any platform now known or hereafter devised (including the Internet) throughout the universe in perpetuity.  You waive the right to bring action of any kind in law or equity against Operon Strategist. 

UNAUTHORIZED INTERCEPTION OF DIGITAL DATA

Any unauthorized effort to intercept digital data is strictly prohibited.

Examples of this are:

Collecting electronically transmitted data without consent of the owner of that data.

Collecting electronically transmitted data with consent of the data owner, but under fictitious pretenses.

This includes but is not limited to the following technologies used when collecting data under deceptive or non consensual means:

• RFID/radio-frequency identification
• NFC/Near-field communication
• Bluetooth wireless technology
• WI-FI technology

ADMITTANCE

In its sole discretion, Operon Strategist Organizer reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the virtual Operon Strategist’s training anyone that it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Operon Strategist or any other attendee.

It is the policy of Operon Strategist to, where applicable, provide any technology and/or event related services in accordance with all applicable laws within the United States and in other jurisdictions where it conducts business. As such, Operon Strategist may prohibit any attendee, company, or individual registering from a restricted country or territory from event registration. All decisions are in Operon Strategist’s sole discretion and shall be considered final.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

The views expressed by any Operon Strategist attendee, speaker and community partner are not necessarily those of Operon Strategist. All Operon Strategist attendees, speakers, and community partners are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online Web content.

CODE OF CONDUCT

You are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct. Event organizers will enforce this code and expect cooperation from all Operon Strategist participants (e.g., attendees, speakers, media, sponsors, volunteers) to help us promote a safe and enjoyable Operon Strategist experience for everyone.

FORCE MAJEURE

Operon Strategist Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of Operon Strategist Organizer or its subcontractors.  For one or more of such reasons, Operon Strategist Organizer may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of Operon Strategist Organizer.  In the event Operon Strategist cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, Operon Strategist Organizer shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.

Operon Strategist reserves the right to update and change any part or all of these Registration Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you first. By registering you hereby consent to these Registration Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
